Thunderbuilt recently broke ground on a new project. The code name for this one is KD1100. Large addition with master BR, laundry room, mud room, walk-in closet, master bath and two-car garage and full basement. Have to first move tons of soil and prep site for the foundation. This is going to be tons of fun for some great people!!

Huge project-Finished!

Thunderbuilt Construction totally transformed this little ranch home for our clients!
We removed the current garage addition. Added 12 feet to the front, 10 feet to the back. Added a bonus room above new garage. Built a new kitchen plus 2 new baths including a large master bath. Removed all ceilings to expose 18 foot vaulted ceilings throughout entire house including loft overlooking living and dining areas. Finally we created an awesome porch with stone pillars and beautiful limestone stairs.
Oh! And we built a new barn for the client.

This is a very nice, historic home in Windsor, NY.

Thunderbuilt was proud to be able to help maintain the home - which can be found on the 1887 map of Windsor!

The owners had all new siding installed, including all the finishing details around the utilities etc.

It should be good for another 100 years.
