We started this project in October.
It’s called BN11. The project is an addition to an existing home. Excavation for the Footer and frost walls started today. We needed to get it in the ground before the frost hits!
Bricks are about half gone.

Lake House Rebuild!
While we wait on materials for other projects we started on our next project. Yes it’s another lake house!!
We will be tearing off the deck and rear 12 feet of the home to reestablish a solid foundation. The original foundation was made up of inadequate piers. We will do a new addition, total new roof, new windows and doors, siding and a new composite deck. This will be a total transformation so stay tuned!

Started re-framing this dock on a beautiful local lake. Perfect spring day with a nice stiff breeze, actually blowing white caps! Guys did great!

We started on a large dock project in March. We removed the old dock. We'll reframe the dock and cover it with a two tone composite lumber deck. This deck will have low voltage perimeter lighting. Should be a fun project.
